1. Processing and Turnaround Times
Non-Custom Products: Items that are not customized will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after your order is placed.
Custom Products: Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, products that are custom-made or printed require additional time for production. Custom orders typically ship within 3-5 business days after your order is placed. Please note that production times may vary based on the complexity of the customizations.
Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
2. Shipping Methods and Carriers
We typically use the most cost-effective shipping method to deliver your products, which includes:
- USPS (United States Postal Service) and other trusted carriers.
Delivery times for shipping vary depending on your location and the carrier’s service level. Standard shipping times range from 3-7 business days within the U.S. However, these times are not guaranteed and may vary.
3. Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, we will provide tracking information so you can monitor your package’s journey. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
4. Expedited Shipping and Rush Orders
If you require faster shipping, expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost. Expedited shipping and rush orders can be selected during checkout, and the additional fees will be calculated based on your shipping preferences.
- Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 1-3 business days.
- Rush Orders: For rush orders requiring quicker production and shipping, additional fees will apply. Rush orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, depending on availability and production time.
Please note that expedited shipping or rush orders may still be subject to stock availability and production time for custom products.
5. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on the size, weight, and delivery location of your order. During checkout, you will be shown the applicable shipping charges for your selected shipping method.
- Standard shipping is usually the most cost-effective option, and we always strive to keep shipping costs as low as possible for our customers.
- Expedited shipping and rush orders will incur additional fees, which will be displayed during checkout.
6. International Shipping
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States. If you are located outside of the U.S., please contact us to inquire about potential shipping options.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
While we make every effort to ensure your order is delivered safely, we are not responsible for any shipping delays, lost, or damaged packages caused by the carrier. However, if your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and, if necessary, arranging a replacement.
8. Address Issues
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you realize an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to correct it before your order is shipped.
