Returns and Refunds Policy

At Memorial Tribute, we take pride in delivering high-quality, custom-made products to our customers. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as expected, and we want to ensure you’re satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Returns and Refunds Policy carefully.
1. Custom-Made Products
Because many of the products we create are custom-printed or custom-made, we generally cannot accept returns or issue refunds on these items unless there is an error on our part. If there is a mistake with your order, such as an incorrect design, product defect, or other errors made by Memorial Tribute, we will gladly work with you to resolve the issue.
In such cases, we will:
- Offer a replacement product at no additional cost.
- Provide a refund if a replacement is not feasible.
We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your custom order, and if an issue arises, we will work with you to find a solution. Additionally, for customization errors, we will provide you with discounted rates for reprints or corrections.
2. Inventory Products (Non-Custom)
For items that are not customized, we accept returns within 15 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- In its original, unused condition.
- In the original packaging.
- Unopened (if applicable).
Please Note: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund or store credit for the purchase price, excluding any shipping fees.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will:
- Ask for photos of the damaged or defective product.
- Provide instructions for returning the product, if necessary.
- Offer a replacement, repair, or refund based on the situation.
Please note that all damage claims must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges on custom-made products. However, for non-custom inventory items, you can return the product and place a new order for the desired item. Shipping charges for exchanged products will be the responsibility of the customer.
5. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been inspected and approved. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
6. Customer Satisfaction
We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. If you encounter any issues, whether with a custom product or a non-custom item, please reach out to us. We are committed to working with you to rectify any problems, including offering discounts on reprints or offering replacement products, as appropriate.
